Biography
Ryan earned his Associates Degree in Exercise Science from Norwalk Community College. He is an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). Ryan has experience with both personal (1 on 1) and group training. He has been an assistant high school varsity football coach in Stamford since 2011. Ryan has worked with the ONS Physical Therapy team since 2018.
