About

Colleen earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Elon University. During her time at Elon University, she founded and established an exercise program at a local long term care facility to enhance functional independence in the residents.

Colleen is originally from Upstate New York which contributes to her enjoyment of outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking. Embracing the NYC culture, she has had the opportunity to be a medical volunteer at the New York City Marathon and plans to continue this.

Colleen’s interest in physical therapy stems from a passion for empowering those around her to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. She believes in a holistic approach to recovery that tailors each rehabilitation program specifically to the individual she is working with. Her treatment approach focuses on improving functional deficits through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and patient education to prevent recurrent injury.
