Join this virtual seminar for an in-depth discussion on ways to ensure the health and safety of high school student athletes. Learn about the importance of pre-season conditioning and injury prevention for student athletes, information on proper hydration, the use of supplements, sleep requirements and stress management for a healthy student athlete. Subject matter will also cover the dangers of early sports specialization in young athletes, as well as the relationship between the athlete’s mental game, foundational strength, sleep habits and injuries.
