ONS Winter Sports and Ski Safety

Are your knees ready to ski?  The winter sports season is coming and so are the risks for serious injury if you haven’t conditioned your body for the physical demands of specific winter sports.
Sports medicine specialists Demetris Delos, MD, Steven Hindman, MD, and  Robert Spatz, DPT,will cover the causes of most winter sports injuries, how many of them can be avoided and how to treat an injury if one does occur.  Sports-specific pre-season conditioning exercises to will be included.
