High School Sports Safety Seminar

Presented by ONS and Byram Hills High School, the High School Sports Safety Seminar is designed for parents, students and coaches who are interested in techniques for sports injury prevention and maintaining physical well being and mental health.

The Healthy Athlete, Lower Extremity Injury Prevention  and The Mind-Body Balance in School & Sports are the topics of this panel discussion comprised of ONS sports medicine specialists Dr. Marc Kowalsky and Dr. Demetris Delos and sports psychologist Dr. Alex Diaz, founder of Sports Mental Edge™.
