Directions Southbound :

Take I-95 SOUTH
Take Exit 3/Arch St. Go RIGHT off the ramp onto Arch St.
Follow directions from Arch St.

Northbound:

Take I-95 NORTH
Take Exit 3/Arch Street. Go LEFT off the ramp onto Arch Street
Follow directions from Arch Street

From Arch Street in Greenwich

Continue straight on Arch St. At the Shell service station, turn LEFT onto Railroad Ave.
At the second traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Prospect St.
At traffic light, turn LEFT onto West Putnam Ave. and proceed to 2nd traffic light.
Turn RIGHT at light onto Valley Drive. Proceed on Valley Drive (approximately .25 miles).
Turn LEFT at sign for Greenwich Office Park. ONS is building #6.

From Northern Westchester

Take I-684 SOUTH to Exit 3/ RT-22 NORTH for .2 miles.
Turn LEFT onto NY-22 N/Armonk Bedford Rd. for .5 miles.
Turn RIGHT onto North Greenwich Rd.which becomes Riversville Rd.
Continue on Riversville Rd. for 6 miles.
Turn LEFT at light onto Glenville Rd. for .2 miles.
Turn RIGHT onto East Weaver St. for 1.5 miles. Enter Greenwich Office Park on the left. ONS is building #6

From Merritt Parkway N & S

Take Exit 28 (Round Hill Rd.)
Going SOUTH: turn LEFT onto Round Hill Rd.
Going NORTH: turn RIGHT onto Round Hill Rd.
Proceed 2.8 miles to intersection of Round Hill Rd. and Lake Ave.
Turn RIGHT onto Lake Ave.and proceed 1.2 miles to rotary. Turn RIGHT onto Glenville Rd. for .3 miles.
Turn LEFT onto Valley Drive for .6 miles. (Valley Drive becomes Upland Drive, then turns back into Valley Drive.) Turn RIGHT into Greenwich Office Park. ONS is building #6

Go north on Atlantic Street toward Stamford Forum. Atlantic becomes Bedford St.
Turn right onto High Ridge Rd.
Turn right onto Buxton Farm Rd., then turn left onto Turn of River Rd.
Turn of River Rd. becomes High Ridge Park.
High Ridge Park is on the right. Building 5 is the 2nd building on the left.
Park on the lower level in the back of the building. ONS is on the 3rd floor.

Northbound

CT-15/Merritt Pkwy: Exit 35 (CT-137/High Ridge Rd.), go straight at the light at the end of the exit ramp then continue on Buxton Farm Rd.
In .7 miles, turn left onto Turn of River Rd. and continue into High Ridge Park.
Building 5 is the 2nd building on the left.

Southbound

CT-15/Merritt Pkwy: Take Exit 35 (CT-137/High Ridge Rd.), at end of the ramp, turn right onto High Ridge Road (CT-137).

Patient Drop off and Parking

Patient-drop off entrance and handicap accessible parking are on the lower level. Look for the patient drop-off sign on the right as you enter driveway for building #5. Handicap parking and other patient parking are on lower level.

In New York, take Exit 18 B for Mamaroneck Avenue West toward White Plains
In approximately 1.2 miles, ONS at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue will be on the right
Enter through the South Entrance

FROM MERRITT/HUTCHINSON RIVER PARKWAY SOUTH

Take Exit 23 South to Mamaroneck Avenue toward Mamaroneck
Go approximately 0.5 miles and make a U-Turn on Mamaroneck Avenue
ONS at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue is on the right
Enter through the South Entrance

NORTHBOUND

FROM I-95

Take I-95 NORTH
Take Exit 18B for Mamaroneck Avenue West toward White Plains
In approximately 1.2 miles, ONS at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue will be on the right
Enter through the South Entrance

FROM HUTCHINSON RIVER PARKWAY NORTH

Take Exit 23 South to Mamaroneck Avenue toward Mamaroneck
At the third traffic light, turn left into the 2nd entrance to 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, South. (Important: Google maps directs you to the 2nd light and North Entrance. Do not enter the North entrance.)
ONS is on the left. Parking is in front of the entrance.

From Greenwich and points South, heading North on I-95, New England Thruway:
• Take I-95 North to exit #7.
• At the light turn right onto Greenwich Avenue. Then make the immediate next right into First Stamford Place.
• Building 200 is on the right. Look for the Stamford ASC parking sign at the gated entrance. The Stamford ASC parking entrance is the 2nd lot on the right. To enter through the gate, press the intercom button and tell the attendant you are going to the Stamford ASC.
• Once through the gate drive, go straight for 30 feet and turn left towards the back of the building. There are reserved spots for “Stamford ASC” patients.
• Enter the building and go to the East Elevator bank on the far wall to the 2nd floor.
• Call 203-252-5400 if you need assistance.

From points North, heading south on I-95, New England Thruway:
• Take I-95 South to exit #6, West Avenue.
• At the end of the ramp, turn left and drive under the I-95 overpass. At the next light, go left and get on I-95 North.
• Take Exit 7, Greenwich Avenue.
• At the light, make a right and then an immediate right into First Stamford Place. Bear right and drive straight up the hill. 200 First Stamford Place will be on your right.
• Look for the Stamford ASC parking sign at the gated entrance on the right. To enter through the gate, press the intercom button and tell the attendant you’re going to the Stamford ASC.
• Once through the gate, go straight for 30 feet and turn left towards the back of the building. There are reserved spots for “Stamford ASC” patients on the right.
• Enter the building and go to the East Elevator bank on the far wall to the 2nd floor.

Additional Parking
If there are no open spaces in the building lot, exit the parking lot and go right to follow the signs for Additional Visitor Parking B2 parking. The signs will lead you to a left hand entrance to lower level parking. Once inside the parking garage, proceed to Building 200 area parking.
Take the elevator to the lobby. Then go right through the lobby to the East Elevator bank. Stamford ASC is located on the 2nd floor.
