  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Iowa

  • Louisiana

ONS Safety Measures

  • All patients and staff will be temperature and symptom screened upon arrival.
  • Patients and visitors must wear face covering to all appointments.  If you arrive for your appointment without a face mask you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Due to national PPE shortages, ONS cannot provide masks for patient use.
  • Adult patients are asked to come alone.
  • Children may be accompanied by one parent.
  • Waiting areas are now designed for optimal 6′ social distancing.  You may be asked to wait in your car until waiting room capacity allows you to enter.
  • Patients are asked to complete all medical forms on the links sent to you to avoid using the tablets shared by other patients.
