Please Read the ONS URGENT CARE POLICY Before Making an Appointment.

Until further notice, ONS has suspended all nonessential appointments.

Urgent care appointments for conditions or injuries that truly require immediate attention can be scheduled at our Greenwich office from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  

Essential Physical Therapy appointments are available at our Greenwich and Stamford locations from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Please read our urgent care policy before making  your appointment.

ONS Telehealth appointments are available to all patients and provide a virtual face-to-face consultation with an ONS physician.  A computer, tablet or phone is all that is needed for telemedicine.  An experienced ONS representative will help you get started.

Please alert the staff during your call if you are experiencing a cold or flu-like symptoms, if you have travelled within the last 14 days, or if you or a household member are under a directed self-quarantine. If any of those situations apply to you, you must seek treatment at a hospital emergency room.

Get the most from your ONS Visit, read these TIPS

All patients must bring a CURRENT INSURANCE CARD to each appointment.

Patients who have not completed intake forms online, must also bring:

  • List of current medications and medical conditions

  • Primary-care physician address and phone number and contact information for any physicians involved with your care

  • Recent diagnostic images such as CTs, MRIs, x-rays, bone scans, or EMGs


Special Safety Note: 

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a link to forms to complete. For your safety, we strongly recommend that you complete these forms on your own device prior to your visit. If not, you will be asked to complete the forms on our office electronic devices that are carefully cleaned after every patient.

Patients who are new to ONS or who have not visited our offices in more than a year should complete the patient registration form on the ONS  Patient Portal to avoid spending time in the waiting room.  Patients that do not complete their forms on the patient portal, must arrive 30 minutes before their appointment time to complete them all in office.
