Same day appointments for urgent cases offered!
If you have an urgent problem or injury that requires immediate care and treatment, we will get you in to see a physician the same day. You’ll get a full evaluation and plan of care for the best outcome. Unlike many “urgent care centers” that are not staffed by physicians, at ONS you will be seen by a Board certified orthopedic surgeon, physiatrist or neurosurgeon, depending on the problem.

Patients who are new to ONS or who have not visited our offices in more than a year, must complete a Health History form online via the ONS Patient Portal.
Note: If you do not complete the form online, you must arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete forms in our office, or you will risk losing your appointment time to the next patient.

Please note: Payment is due at time of service for private pay patients.
Please also bring:
- Current insurance card
- List of current medications and medical conditions
- Primary-care physician address and phone number and contact information for other physicians involved with your care
- Recent diagnostic images such as CTs, MRIs, x-rays, bone scans, or EMGs. Bring both original films and copies of reports.
OXFORD AND AETNA PATIENTS – Does your insurance plan require an in-network referral?
Please check the back of your insurance card and see if there is a box that says In-network Referral Required. If so, you will need to get an insurance referral from an in-network primary care physician, pediatrician or OBGYN.
Please note, if we verify your insurance and find that you need a referral, you will not be able to be seen by the doctor until you get one from an in-network physician.
ONS physicians are “unassigned with Medicare”. This means you will be asked to pay for your visit at checkout. We will submit the claim to Medicare for you, then Medicare will send payment for your visit directly to YOU. The fees we charge are based on the Medicare published fee schedule.
