Understanding Anterior Hip Replacement

January 10, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

FREE

There is a reason for the growing interest in anterior hip replacement procedures. The minimally invasive approach spares muscle damage by accessing the joint through the natural space between the muscles in the front of the thigh.  As a result, patients experience shorter recovery time, less pain and decreased rates of complication. However, this intricate procedure requires an extremely high degree of surgical training and expertise. Find out if this ground breaking procedure is right for you from ONS anterior hip replacement specialist, Jonathan Berliner, MD. Dr. Berliner will describe the procedure and  outline which patients can benefit most by having it. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
